The firm represented a local doctor that sustained a cervical disc injury in a motor vehicle collision. Independent lawsuits were filed against the at fault driver and also against the client's own insurance company for wrongful failure to pay medical benefits.

Lawsuit against the at-fault driver resulted in a policy limits settlement. The lawsuit against our client' s own insurance company resulted in the payment of all unpaid medical expenses in addition to costs and attorney fees for bringing suit. Automobile Negligence

The firm represented a client who suffered a low back injury in a T-bone collision.

On our client' s behalf, we obtained a six figure policy limits from the at-fault driver. The client’s private health insurance held a lien against the settlement for medical expenses in the approximate amount of $22,000, and her auto insurance had asserted a lien for the medical and wage benefits it provided, approximately $29,000. We were able to negotiate a waiver of the first lien entirely, and repayment of 10 cents on the dollar for the other, thus maximizing our clients recovery.
